He graduated from Springfield College with a B.S in Applied Exercise Science and a M.S in Health and Human Performance from Fort Hays State University. Additionally, he is currently pursuing his doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Western States. He is a certified and registered strength and conditioning coach with distinction through the NSCA, a certified specialist in sports nutrition through the ISSA, a corrective exercise specialist through NASM, and a certified sports performance coach through USAW.
